EXPERTISE

Bodo Fritzsche studied Information Technology at TU Dresden. In addition, he has completed training in sales, personnel management, and project management.

He began his professional career as a development engineer in the field of speech communication. Afterward, he gained several years of professional and leadership experience in project management and sales in the IT sector.

In 1994, he entered the field of executive search and worked as a consultant in leading international executive search firms. Until 1997, he was with Amrop International - Mülder & Partner, and then as Principal and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles.

In 2004, he co-founded Delta Management Consulting GmbH and has since been advising renowned clients on filling leadership positions in the following areas:

Public Sector

He possesses particular expertise in the selection and placement of executive and board positions.
